Released on April 1, 2003, this was an April Fools prank disguised as Cartman's Adventure 3. A rather amusing title, any fans of crazy randomness will be in their element with this short-but-sweet wacky-fest. Although, anyone looking for a decent, playable game should go elsewhere.
