A low-key game that received acclaim upon its release in 2001, Colin Joyce's "South Park Army" puts you in the shoes of army soldier Eric Cartman. Receiving missions from Butters, you must perform various destructive tasks (eg. taking out a certain number of enemies, destroying their computers and beer supply, etc.) and work your way up the ranks, fighting in several wars including Vietnam and Desert Storm. This game is much in the same vein as the more-popular "South Park Y" series, though with more emphasis on action rather than stealth. Certainly one of the better titles from that era.
