After the events of Cartman's Adventure 3, Dr. Doom is long dead and his crazy inventions, mutants and clones have all been destroyed... or have they? After a new scientist by the name of Professor D. stumbles upon Dr. Doom's old research, he becomes fascinated, making Dr. Doom his idol. Professor D. eventually decides to continue his hero's unfinished work by unleashing a new reign of mutant terror upon society - while bringing down the one boy who was able to foil his predecessor... and he starts by kidnapping Dr. Hope.
