IngramJ Mar 30 2005, 06:57 PM Game: Special Agent Kenny 2 Genre: Action/Comedy Creator: Joe Allen/BLUSPG Description: Kenny has been made redundant from the S.S., go round killing and spying to help him get revenge - Grrrr! mad.gif Rating: 54% Review: Special Agent Kenny was a slight resemblence of Kenny's Rampage so I thought. This game was a little too easy, and this sequel isn't that improved. sad.gif The Kenny sprite is that of Subwoofer's except for the shadows, but it is a little mis-drawn. Sometimes his coat has no seperation, sometimes it has buttons. wink.gif Unfortunately, the majority of the graphics, and the application seem rushed, and spoilt. Anyway, enough talk about graphics - The storyboard is okay, and most of it fits together, but some of it just doesn't make sense. dry.gif The problem with a lot of the levels is that they are under challenging, and surely not fun. The people die in only one hit - again, too simple; and there's no death sequence, they just switch straight to a corpse, which takes out some realism. All of the objectives are daft and dull, not offering much excitement. Some of the South Park facts are unmatched in this. ph34r.gif Such as: Wendy loves Kenny for example, then moves on to some twat called "Yakife"? blink.gif and if you look in the profile - It says that Kenny's age is unknown; I mean WTF? He's 8/9 years old, moron, and maybe even worse - Wendy is 30!!! OMG! What kind of a wacko is Joe? huh.gif Now onto the levels. Level one - You have to kill at least 9 people, destroy the post-box, and make sure a girl in a blue skirt is dead. Level two - Kenny urgently wants a piss, and you need to find the secret toilet key. The cutscene before mission 3 is a little queer - Stan is looking at Kenny's knob, since he is gay, then a strange sound comes from a cubical, which sounds something like this: "Mmm! Mmm! Mmm! Mmm! {pant, pant} WAGH! WAGH! {Hard-fart} - then you some how open the cubical up (which is locked, God knows how he got in dry.gif). What he finds is... Yakife fucking Wendy! Then Kenny gets tranquilized and sent off to the big house. Then comes your task cool.gif sneak out of prison and grab a machine gun, easy as Hell. dry.gif In this next episode of the story, it's a boss level, maybe some challenge at last. rolleyes.gif You have to defeat Yakife. Some challenge is added because he randomly turns indestructable and has an upgraded M4. The problem here is that you can stop him from doing this by destroying the generator nearby, and that there is a side effect of this indestructability, which is perfectly clear to the naked eye - he turns red whenever he goes indestructable, so this removes a significant amount of challenge from the battle, *sigh* sad.gif After defeating him, you go to a bizarre virtual-reality like world, where you have to transport to the next floor. Then, after playing another very similar mission to the previous one, you will face Warzog, another boss. Apparently, he appeared in SAK1, but he's in his true form this time, which is freakier. Anyway, in this battle, he can move where you can't, and there's also a bullet proof sentry gun to hinder you. This about one of the "biggest" challenges in the game. wink.gif After defeating him, it is fair enough to say that you completed the game, because the minefield level doesn't seem to function, and the levels after this one are all the same levels over again! blink.gifunsure.gifhuh.gif So, what do I gather of this game, all-in-all? It eats shit! mad.gif Not only is it not fun, and boring, but it's all mixed up, and rushed, so if you come across this game unfamiliarly, avoid it at all costs! mad.gifs
